Bugged rig of character "Sky" in Animation Fundamentals on Blender Cloud #73534

Short description of error
Sky character from Animation Fundamentals has at least 2 bugs in it's rig.
When scaling the 'master' bone the scraf is not scaling along with it.
Also character's torso stays in a place when transforming the armature object.

I've downloaded the character on 2020-02-01

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. scale the master bone, and look at the scarf
  2. transform the armature object of the rig and look at the torso
