Stereoscopy shows nothing in the render window

Short description of error
Rendering window is black when rendering with Stereoscopy.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Default startup file, choose cycles, enable Stereoscopy under Output properties and render. Totally black, it used to show anaglyphic in earlier versions. I would prefer to be able to choose which output format to show, like side by side and so on.

Indeed, definitively a bug, and it happens in final 2.82

Unable to reproduce in 2.82, but able to reproduce in b2.83

The images are rendered correctly.
The stereo view in the image editor does not show the stereo composited image. When disabling the stereo composite the individual images are shown correctly.
In master the 3d viewport doesn't show the background correctly (EEVEE + Workbench) Might be related to the new color management.

When introducing the new color space drawing the color space transfer (main texture + overlay) is done in the final GPU_viewport_draw_to_screen. Stereoscopic has its own display shader that doesn't do any color management. It is also stored in 2 separated GPUViewports. Two ways to solve this:

  1. Composite the stereo to an GPUOffscreen and draw the offscreen to the screen.
  2. Add option for strereo composite to the color management shader.
