Short description of error
When I use addon BlenderGIS, it shows:

   No imaging library available. ImageIO module was not correctly installed. Please reinstall it or try to install Python GDAL or Pillow module

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
it's a fresh blender,get a BlenderGIS,and open it

it's what blender shows me when it starts:

found bundled python: E:\blender-2.83-d0c159ae9745-windows64\2.83\python

Hello @nijiushi1,

This bug tracker is only for the official version of Blender, and Add-ons that come packaged with Blender.

BlenderGIS is made by a 3rd party.

I see that you already filed a report here:
https://github.com/domlysz/BlenderGIS/issues/265

The author of the BlenderGIS addon told you to go and get the missing file by downloading it from here:

https://github.com/imageio/imageio-binaries/blob/master/freeimage/FreeImage-3.15.1-win64.dll

Just click on "Download" and save it.

Move that file to:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.83\scripts\addons\BlenderGIS-master\core\lib\imageio\resources

Closing this as invalid since this isn't an addon that comes with Blender.
