[just use the measureit add on add segment, and when i try to change the line width it keep not respond]

hi in the Items panel of measureit, press the Override checkbox and use the Width setting for thicker lines. It took me a while to find it.
Closing as invalid as this was really a support question.

MacOS has many problems with OpenGL 3.3. As far as I know line width is one of those. There is no simple solution.
