Short description of error
Hi, I tried applying collision to a plane and a rigid body to a cube. But whenever I play the simulation, the cube always passes through the plane and starts falling infinitely. I also tried to simulate it in the latest Blender 2.82a Beta but the issue was still there. I also tried changing the settings in the collision tab, but the result was still the same.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

"task status" is just a method to organise reports, nothing to worry about (except when it's invalid), and it's mostly self explanatory.

Not a bug.
As of v2.82.
Collision has no settings for rigid bodies. Collisions also hasn't had settings for rigid body before.
Workaround: A rigid body needs another rigid body.

Changed status from 'Needs User Info' to: 'Archived'
