Short description of error
In Node Wrangler it is impossible to add a principled texture setup.
Shift-Cmd-T or Shift-Ctrl-T shortcuts do not work.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Activate Node Wrangler addon.
Create a new material and go to Shading pane.
Select Principled BSDF and press Shift Cmd T or Shift Ctrl T (Add Principled Setup).
Result: nothing happens.

3b. Select Principled BSDF, press Shift W(Node Wrangler menu), select Add Principled Setup menu item.
4b. Result: no Open/Add dialog is displayed and "No Folder Selected" info-message is displayed instead.

For me on 2.83 2020-04-04, also on Mac, ctrl + shift T does actually work, but I also get the "no folder selected" if I use add the principled setup menu item from the shift-W menu.
