Please add some screenshots for people who cannot redo the bug, in case it is a machine dependent bug.
I have the same machine except 10.14.6, but cannot test this before 7 hours from now.

Please simplify the file to an extent where it doesn't occur anymore.
Also, it'd be great if you compress it.

tried deleting object and seeing if it fixes(didn't work)
also tried appending object into another file(viewport fine hear)
i'l try and append everything one by one and see what happens

The combinations of the clip start
0.0001 m
and Clip End1000 m
are problematic for any OpenGL application.This is not a bug but a limitation.
