Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. The Windows Explorer should open and show you two files. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below.Done. I hope you find it useful. If you need anything else tell me. Thanks!

The graphics card appears to be detected twice, so selecting it just once in the preferences may avoid the problem.
The system info shows that there are two AMD OpenCL platforms installed at the same time (version 2236.10 and 3004.5), which should not happen and is likely to cause problems like this.
This would be a problem with the AMD driver installation, you can try uninstalling drivers and re-installing just the latest version. There are also driver cleanup utilities like https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601.

Hi Brecht, the problem has been fixed with the AMD cleaning tool. It works now.
Thank you so much guys! You do a great job with Blender.
PS: NVIDIA still has much better performance than AMD on my computer.
