Just tested with f418eddf8e on my system on Linux and I'm unable to reproduce this bug using demo scenes (https://www.blender.org/download/demo-files/) and personal projects.

Are you able to provide a .blend file that doesn't work? Or debug information (I believe there is a blender debug script in the Blender folder)

Debug information would not be enough, we require an example .blend file in bug reports.

@wissam in folder where blender.exe is located double click on blender_factory_startup.cmd and let us know if that helps.
If not, after you close Blender, folder with 2 files will open. Please upload these files.

This GPU is below the minimum requirements for Blender, so we no longer provide support for it. https://www.blender.org/download/requirements/
Installing the latest graphics driver sometimes helps to make such GPUs work, see here for more information. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html

If that doesn't help, you can use Blender 2.79: https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/
