Short description of error
Hello dear blender developers! I have noticed that in recent Blender 2.83 builds Grid Fill Offset (Found in Mesh Edit mode) function does not work at all. Please, could you fix that bug, I use this function a lot. Thank you for your awesome work, 2.83 is awesome, especially new undo!

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Create Cylinder
Delete one of the caps of the cylinder
Press Ctrl + F and select Grid fill
Mess around with options, see that Grid Fill Offset function does not work.

Below is the video of the bug, Comparing it with 2.82a. As you can see in 2.83 Grid Fill Offset function does not work at all:

The bug is related to 2.83 beta version why would you mark it as needs information for user? Please Read bug instructions carefully, it is related to Grid Fill Offset function specifically. And Grid Fill Offset also does not work properly in 2.90 as well by the way even with clean install and factory reset. Please look at the video attached to this specific bug and read the steps carefully.

The bug is related to 2.83 beta version why would you mark it as needs information for user? Please Read bug instructions carefully, it is related to Grid Fill **Offset** function specifically. And Grid Fill **Offset** also **does not work properly** in 2.90 as well by the way even with clean install and factory reset. Please look at the video attached to this specific bug and read the steps carefully.
