System: Blender ID Authentication plugin returning exception error #76818

Operating system: Win 10 Pro
Graphics card: NVidia Quadro P5000

Blender Version
Broken:
2.82a
Worked: N/A

Purchased Cloud Subscription, created account & successfully logged in online. Downloaded and installed the Blender Cloud Add-on v1.16 via link provided under Services. Installed plugin successfully via Blender Prefs, Add-ons. All attempts to login via System: Blender ID Authentication (using email & password established via my Cloud account) return the following error:

Exception POSTing to https://id.blender.org/u.annot connect to proxy'. OSError(0. 'Error')))

Tried multiple times using correct login credentials, and all attempts denied. Kindly advise steps necessary to activate so that I can integrate Cloud with Blender. Thank you.

Terribly sorry this has taken so long to answer.

Since so much time has passed (alongside various new versions of the Addons), I would like to ask if we can give this another try with fresh versions of blender and the Addons?
I see you have tried on 2.82 and v1.16, at the time of writing, we could try on 3.1 or fresh builds from https:*builder.blender.org/download/daily/ alongside v1.25 from https:*cloud.blender.org/services

@treyxlindsey : could you check if upgrading solves it for you?
