Chrome was being a nuisance so I was using firefox, tried to sign in, got this page. This message does not have a url, it just appeared. But I'm reporting the fact that you can't read it :)
It's interesting that it let me into store.blender.org but not id.blender.org under the same environment. Reading "All forms on Blender ID are protected" makes me curious why protection wasn't triggered for the store.

Should be fixed now.
