System Information
Operating system: Windows 7
Graphics card: Intel Hd Graphics
i downloaded Blender 6.8 and 6.9 , and it didnt work
when i try to enter to blender an error showed up
A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or Higher is required
installing the latest driver for your graphics card may resolve the issue the program will now close .
i think the problem isnt my graphics card , because i have used blender 6.64 and blznder 6.4 on the same PC

That says the problem is your graphics card. You might try updated the video driver to the latest version from the card manufacturer's website.

I'm not sure where your version numbers are coming from. The latest official release of Blender is 2.83. It will need a video card and driver that can do OpenGL 3.3. But older versions of Blender with lighter requirements are still available.
