System Information
Operating system:Microsoft Windows 10
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060

Blender Version 2.83.1
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c0, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error When I try to use the grease pencil to draw it often times doesn't follow the line I drew and many times it only registers the end point of the line as a dot or scuff. I do not know the cause of this and I am new to blender. I use an xppen artist 12.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible). I do not know how to recreate the error but every blender 2D animation I open has this issue. I will insert a .blend file to demonstrate

Can you draw using the mouse? This problem looks related to the pen driver or something like that.

Please upgrade to the latest driver.

I've upgraded my tablet to the latest driver but the problem persists. It seems to occur when I try to draw lines faster. I think that it's probably the tablet but it works just fine on corel. It does appear that I can draw with a mouse.

So, if you can draw with the mouse means that the tablet driver is not working.

@antoniov: unfortunately we dont have a tag for tablets specifically, just use User Interface for now.
