Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Currently, there is no mechanism to edit online, however our goal with link here is to direct users towards are development portal instead of just linking to raw source files.
Does that mean
a: It's working as intended (in which case, I suggest adding a mechanism to edit online. The "development portal"? Is what it's linking now considered to be the "development portal"?)
or
b: This is a signpost pointing to something that has yet to be built (in which case I suggest removing the signpost until it's been built)
