Short description of error
The Add on is enabled but there is no sidebar menu or sub menu in add curves

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
open preferences / add ons click the check box to enable Ivy Generator (Also tried restarting Blender to take effect)

There does not seem to be any sign of a sidebar menu create tab, and there is no sub menu in shift A add curve
