Operating system: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6-gig

Blender Version
Broken: 2.90.0 Alpha - 2020-07-03 - hash cad98923d0
Worked: ---

Short description of error

Eevee motion blur not correctly applied to mesh of Mantaflow liquid sim.
Cube in scene is correctly blurred.
Mantaflow appears to show only start/end positions with some sort of strange (zoomed?) artifacts in between.

What are steps to reproduce? do I have to render or do I see this in preview? Asking in advance because I get crashes in this file so I can't check now

I ran the file once again to test that the bug can be reproduced. This time I used Blender 2.90.0 test build from 2020-07-07 - hash afcb41a0aa
I had deleted the contents of the cache folder so that when the file was loaded Blender had to recalculate all of the mesh data in the Mantaflow simulation.
Following that I simply rendered a single frame (see below).
The visual results are similar to what I first posted: the moving cube has a clean blur, but the liquid sim mesh does not.
Note: Eevee is not showing me any on-screen blur effects in the 3D window when it is set to 'Rendered' view. The effect is only visible in the rendered image.

Mantaflow (fluid simulator) has no active developer at the moment. Moving those bugs as known issues so at least other users can find their issues already reported.
