Worked: never
Short description of error
When using extrude manifold when multiple non-adjacent faces are selected, you sometimes get some weird and inconsistent results with missing edges.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Default cube -> edit mode
Add one loop cut
Select two opposing faces next to the loop cut
Transform orientation: normal, pivot individual origins
Extrude inwards
Result: ngons on both sides with missing edges where they should be. Also the result is different on both opposing sides.

I am not sure if I get this correctly. Is it 2 faces that were created from 1 face that has been split by loop cut?
These two faces:
(not specific to this situation, but just the simplest/easiest way I could find to reproduce the problem)

Thanks for clarification,
I can not reproduce this issue though. I guess it may be only on Mac?

I can confirm.
#78635.blend

@blenderrocket I am looking at older reports, is this still an issue? Or have anything changed?
Results unchanged with 2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-11-27 15:18, hash:

Thanks for update.

Might be the same as {#80440}?
Note #75913 (New tool to add and subtract prismatic volumes) is already there to subtract in a better way.
Will confirm this for now though since this is also an issue with extruding outwards [which was not the case with #80440]

This looks close to #80440, with the difference that this particular case is supported when extruding a single face, and not when the same faces are being cut from two different directions.
@mano-wii CC'ing you incase you'd like to check on this case.
