System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 770/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 440.97

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-03 14:38, hash: blender/blender@211b6c29f7
Worked: never, I think.

Short description of error
I import an FBX which should have a perfect T-pose. However, in object mode, the bones are strangely transformed.
I have to switch to Pose Mode, then select all bones using A. Then I need to click Pose->Clear Transform->All.
I think that there might be a problem with the import, else I wouldn't have to do this.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
Import the attached file "g2f.fbx".
Observe how the model is an an akward pose (see attached screenshots "pose.jpg")
Observe how the model is perfectly in T-Pose after clearing pose transforms (see attached screenshot "cleared.jpg").

What can I say? This model has proper rest pose, which means this transform is stored somehow in the FBX file, blender importer won't invent it by itself...

Cannot really accept that as a bug report, also because this is a way too big file to investigate.
