Can you upload your system info file? run the
blender_debug_log.cmd
file on the blender install directory and upload the files it outputs.Changed status from 'Needs Triage' to: 'Needs User Info'
I hope this are the rigth files.blender_debug_output.txt
blender_system_info.txt
Blender seems to be running on the integrated gpu, try running blender with the nvidia gpu. You can do that by right clicking on the program and selecting nvidia processor from the list.
If you dont have this option you can set blender to use the gpu from the windows settings
Open the windows settings
Go to System -> Display, scroll down and click Graphics Settings
Select Classic App
Click browse and select the blender there
Click on options and change it from system default to high performance
Also try updating your intel graphics drivers, you have version 26.20.100.7263 and latest version is 27.20.100.8280
I updated the intel driver and changed the setting to high performance via Windows (Option 1 not available).
But still dont work :-(
But now a different Error: the blender debug log now says "Error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION Address : 0x0000000000000000"
What can I do now? I tried so much but nothing worked. Can not working on my Projects anymore.
Thats so sad, because this program is amazing!
Do you have another idea to make it work again?
I've also de- and reinstalled - doesent help.
Oh my god! I found the solution! you can close the task. Thank you anyway.

@Yoshiko Can you please add what the solution was so others with a similar problem know what to do?
it was pretty simple at least :-D
I noticed, that my monitor was not plugged in to the graphiccard.
So I just switched the Kabel to the other HDMI (I didnt know bevor that I have 2...)
Thats it.
