Fix big LIghtCache restriction

As reported in T78529 saving big lightcache is impossible due to blocksize restriction.

For now we restrict the lightcache size that can be written to disk but it would be better to slice the huge textures to avoid such limitation.

However this needs some refactors in GPUTextures namely the need of a properly exposed glTexSubImage2D and glTexSubImage3D.
