Short description of error
When skin modifier create an armature, motion blur (Eevee or Cycles) render incorrect.


Look at the object on the right.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Create simple object for skin modifier.
  2. Add skin modifier.
  3. Create an armature press the Create Armature button of skin modifier.
  4. Add some motion for the object.
  5. Enable motion blur and render with eevee.

Or simple open attached file and render it.

Cycles' motion blur also shows the bug.
I suspect that the problem is the skin modifier that may not keep the indices or vectors the same with each update.
But in this case it seems that it should not even update.
