Broken: version: 2.90.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-08-31 11:26, hash: blender/blender@0330d1af29
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
When I use tissue add-on , blender lags dramatically when I try to transform or edit any object even with a pretty simple formation , same performance lag in transformation or edit mode for any object , but navigation is pretty fine and silky , I tried to check if any shape keys or special mode is enabled but no ... saving and opening the file again , same problem, a trial file is attached , I guess it may lag if it is a bug , I only used the completely direct approach I used to

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Get an icosphere
select icoshpere and select cube as active
Tesselate (tissue add-on)
works fine but a noticeable lag occurs
