Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Operating system: Linux-Ubuntu 20.04. 1 LTS
Graphics card:Intel: Core HD Graphics 5500 (BDW GT2)
Broken: UV Editing > mark seam = program paralysis.
Work out:
Short description of the error Section UV Editing, then mark the seam, complete program hang. In the version of blender 2.82 a -. the same problem?
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
On the basis of the default launcher or file attachment .blend (as simple as possible).

Cannot reproduce here.
Just to make sure we are all on the same page: could you share your example .blend file where this happens?

Please don't claim tasks, unless you intend to fix the issue yourself.
Currently we are missing information to reproduce this issue. As @jenkm has said, if this occurs in a specific project, we need a minimal version of it to reproduce the issue on our systems. There has been no activity on this ticket for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
