Addon Manage UI Translations crash at activation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

start Blender with factory settings
go to Preferences Addons tab, search for "translations"
activate the Manage UI Translations addon with the checkbox ... crash

I cannot reproduce this with either the latest stable or current development versions of Blender.
It may be a problem with this particular hardware.

Graphics card: Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics ATI Technologies Inc. 4.5.13596 Core Profile Context 20.10 27.20.1034.6

I cannot reproduce this with either the latest stable or current development versions of Blender.
