Sequencer Render problem with Resolution Percentage #82703

Operating system: Linux-5.4.0-7642-generic-x86_64-with-debian-bullseye-sid 64 Bits
Graphics card: Radeon Vega Frontier Edition (VEGA10, DRM 3.35.0, 5.4.0-7642-generic, LLVM 10.0.0) X.Org 4.6 (Core Profile) Mesa 20.0.8

Broken: version: 2.92.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-11-10 22:11, hash: c4d8f6a4a8

Short description of error
Sequencer Render (both Image and Animation) seem to calculate the Resolution Percentage incorrectly.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open this simple demo file: vse_resolution_percent.zip
In the VSE Preview, Click "View"
Select either "Sequencer Render Image" or "Sequencer Render Animation"
...and you'll see how it incorrectly calculated the positions of the two videos

If you change the Resolution Percentage from 50% to 100% it works fine.

I can confirm.
This reminds me of the problem described in #80424.

Yes, this is same problem as in #80424, just different render pipeline. Forgot to check openGL render.
