Looks like a GPU problem. Can you please check if you have the latest AMD PRO Driver and if not update and try again?
I have the latest AMD drivers: 20.11.2
release date: 13.11.2020
Can you downgrade? There are problems with the latest driver (sorry didn't saw earlier)
Look here: #82856 (After updating the video card drivers to 20.11.2, interface artifacts appeared.)

Please dont use
20.11.2
see #82856 (After updating the video card drivers to 20.11.2, interface artifacts appeared.)I'll do that thank you.
I'll merge this into #82856.
Feel free to comment again though if issues cannot be solved by driver downgrading.

I don't know how this site works so sorry for that but I also have this bug and got the 20.11.2 Drivers, should I just install the previous ones? I'm afraid of breaking something here.
@Bigasbi Yes please install another (previous) driver. Just skip the 20.11.2 version.
Jesus you guys are fast, thanks. I know this will probably sound stupid but how do I install the previous version? I have an RX570 if that helps. When I go to AMD's site it automatically goes for the 20.11.2 version.
It does not hurt to google it a bit yourself.
But here you go https://www.amd.com/de/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570
Oh, just now I noticed there's a button saying previous versions. My bad sorry, but thanks for the help!
@Bigasbi Btw, the AMD PRO drivers are recommended by Blender. See: https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/2.91/More_Features#Cycles
Even drivers ver. 20.11.3 seems to have problems in viewport render \ eevee.
