Short description of error
If I select only the graphic card RTX 3090 in the cycles Render devices when i run the cycles render by GPU it render the image correct! but if i select in the Cycles Render devices the 2 graphic cards the RTX 3090 and the RTX 2080 TI when i run the render by gpu the blender get´s freezed and dont recover i need to shutdown the application i test to let it freezed almost 20min and he dont recovers!

Same issue for me. On some projects both graphic cards render properly. On others Blender uses only the 2080 Ti although both cards are checked. And on some renders, when both cards are checked - Blender crashes and closes.

I have the same issue. 3090 and 2080TI will not work together. Blender freezes when I start to try and render in cycles. However, it works fine when I render with Just the 3090 selected in Optix mode.
The GPUs render fine together in C4D using Octane or Redshift.

Same issue here on the latest 2.93.1, as well as 3.0 alpha and Cycles X version.
OS: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 21390
GPUs: EVGA RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra + RTX 3090 FE
Test scene: Junk Shop
CUDA: All combinations work just fine.
Optix: 2080 Works just fine, 3090 or 3090+2080 hang on 'loading kernels' (waited for 1hr+)

Can you confirm that the freezing still happens in version 2.93 and 3.1? https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
Can you attach your system information file? Help > Save System Info.
Can you also open Blender using the
blender_debug_log.cmd
file in the same directory as blender.exe then attach the producedblender_debug_log.txt
file?Added subscriber: @PratikPB2123
