Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Opening the new version of blender causes the cursor to drift quickly towards the left side of the screen and stops as soon as you click off the window, this effect starts again as soon as you click back into blender (Video included shows this).2020-12-03 21-02-46.mp4

Are you using a graphics tablet?
What is the most recent version of Blender that works properly? Past releases can be downloaded here , *.zip files only need to be extracted not installed.
Have you already checked if this is limited to Blender?
Have you checked if this is only happening with your current peripherals (e.g. does the problem also happen with a different mouse, tablet, ...)?

I am not using a graphics tablet, I am using a dual monitor setup though.
2.9 worked properly i am only having this problem in 2.91
The cursor drifting only happens when clicked into blender clicking off the program stops this, this doesn't happen when using other programs or 3d packages (Maya,Houdini).
I used two mice and the problem was still there.

Since posting this the drift has stopped after restarting pc

@Alexconolan Thank you for the information. If the problem stopped happening after a reboot, I suspect this is driver/OS related. Please let us know if this problem reoccurs. We would need you to run Blender in debug mode for more information.
