Blender 2.92 crashes on startup #83832

Blender Version
Broken: 2.92.0, 010f44b855, 2020-12-15, 2.92.0, d8db5cb600, 2020-12-15, 2.92.0, 990406e1ff, 2020-12-15, 2.92.0, 977bd7937a, 2020-12-16, all on master branch
Worked: 2.92.0, 4797c13e8f, 2020-12-13

When launching exe file of blender, it crashes, closing the app immidiatly, without showing splash screen

Steps to reproduce:
Launch blender.exe{F9512727}

What happens when you delete (or rename) your Blender Configs directory, a.k.a. start completely fresh, even fresher than a "Load Factory Settings"...? For Windows that would be in:

C:****\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\

Yeah, worked for me, now will try to move addons to the fresh blender

Ok, so the problems are in addons: trying to enable latests versions of HardOps or GoB for exmaple imidiatly crashes blender

With the build 3a1d1aaa86 from December 17th, 2020, HardOps (00986_MercuryX_33) can be enabled again, as well as BoxCutter (717_11). Delete your Blender Configs directory one more time and then install them.
