guys still nothing about this, was it fixed in the 2.92 release?
If we cannot reproduce the bug, we cannot fix it. I will ask other developers if they can reproduce this issue.

Hi, I think it's related to #75687.
Can you see if Tip Roundness set to 1.000 will make artefacts more apparent?
After artefacts are shown, can you smooth area once and then undo to see if they're gone?
seem to be still present with and without front faces checked and with or without low or high tip roundness, and i think the problem when front faces is toggled off is obvious but i think should be amended anyways...
and pressing undo and redo the transparent face artifact seems to disappear, without having to smooth it...

I think I was able to reproduce this. This is when I tried to follow step 4, sculpting with different brush then fixes the surface as described.
Step 5 is also easily reproducible. Not sure whether these are same bug or 2 different bugs though

Just to add some context. I can also still easily reproduce the bug just by using a high radius clay strips brush.
It seems to have a hard time between PBVH leaf nodes:
I also kept being able to reproduce this bug with the Clay brush on a not so high radius as well.
