I am having a problem with all the screen drivers and I have purchased a new copy of Windows pro from Microsoft, version 10 .20H2 (2009)- 2020
You have installed the driver version AMD >>
amd drivers 20.12.1
amd drivers 20.11.2
amd drivers 20.8.4
You activated an option High Quality Normal
And the problem still exists

I assume the issue is about the font drawing? If the cause the AMD driver issue as report in #82856, then you should try to install driver 20.11.1. All later drivers are affected by issues. The High Quality Normals workaround doesn't work for curves.

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed. Blender 2.92 will have a workaround for this enabled by default until AMD fixes to problem in their driver (see #82856).
