Short description of error
Any kind of rotation/translation/zoom in viewport induces constant render shaking in all visible objects
This issue persists as long as mouse sends any kind of input
This issue is only in EEVEE mode (cycles, Workbench, solid, Wire don't show any problems)
This issue is specially severe in tablet users

@Alumx , guess issue is not render engine specific . Try render mode
cycles/Eevee
and change state/properties of mesh (eg. switch tomaterial preview
then change mesh color ), Same result you will get (vibration) . Though not sure , someone else can confirm the issue .Tested on Blender version :

Idk if it can help, but for this issue, i temporarly reverted changes done in eevee_effects.c to "fix" the issue in upbge.

The issue seems to be the first AA sample is incorrectly offset, if you turn up the filter size very high there's an obvious outlier (in the top right):

These were taken with a filter size of 250px, which is obviously way beyond any realistic value but it makes the cause of the wobble a lot easier to see :)
