Short description of error
I kindly request some attention to the mantaflow part of Blender.
There are several problems:
Adjusting fluid properties does not clear the cash, a workaround is to change the "resolution decisions", but its a bit daunting if your looking for a certain effect (by trial and error) and each time have to alter the resolution, make it smaller or larger and back again.
I like the caching of fluids when fiddling flow speed, or liquid properties it... ,well it.. it just should know that for several actions it should be automatically clear the cache. Besides domain properties and flow speeds, another one is if an inflow has moved, or been edited / scaled.
Another thing that seems missing, is a way to set the scale of the fluid sim, preferably this should be based on the world unit size.
I hope it gets some attention because it went really great, I think it was a huge achievement Mantaflow in Blender now progress seems to have halted.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
