Tablet behavior issue #85913

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2070/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 461.40

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.92.0 Release Candidate, branch: master, commit date: 2021-02-19 18:02, hash: b1142858d4
Worked: 2.93 daily from 11.02.2021

Short description of error
Since the latest 2.92 RC and 2.93 daily builds, I have encountered strange behavior with sculpting and tablet usage in general.
The problem appears when using any brush, and even with annotation tool, which I present in the attached screenshot (in screenshot 1, I was pointing to the places marked with circles, but the projected pressure point was kind of leaking up).
This doesn't happen with a mouse, so it has to do with the tablet. Tried changing the tablet modes from Wintab to windowsink, reinstalled the tablet drivers and updated them but no changes.
I also checked it in object mode with an annotation tool and it clearly shows what is happening (screen # 2) ... when drawing cross lines in ortho mode,
the problem is showing up when drawing from bottom to top but drawing from top to bottom still working well. It looks like some projection error, which draws straight top lines when crossing some specific point and direction.

My tablet : Huion H1161 with latest drivers: v14.8.166.1482.
2.91 stable version works fine, also experimental 2.93 Sculpt Dev from 11.02 works as expected.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Sculpting or drawing in any mode as described above.
