System Information
Operating system: MacOS 10.15.7
Graphics card: Intel UHD Graphics 630

Blender Version
Broken: 2.93.0-be51d671b500
Worked: 2.92.0

Material is transparent when blend mode is set to opaque

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Ambient Occlusion must be on
Screen Space Reflections with Refraction must be on
Material must have Screen space reflections on
Plug a color map into the base color (but the color map needs more than two color stops)
Plug a bump node into the normal and plug an image texture into the bump node

bug.blend
(I couldn't find a simpler way to reproduce it.)

Can confirm, I am even seeing this in a simplified file:

Plug a color map into the base color (but the color map needs more than two color stops)
Plug a bump node into the normal and plug an image texture into the bump node

both of these are not necessary for me to trigger the bug

Weird!

I still need both of these these to reproduce even on your file.

This seems like it is GPU/driver dependent, but I guess @fclem would know more?
(I can also try NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-460.56 in a bit if this helps)
