At the moment, Blender Artist @JulienKaspar is livestreaming sculpting weekly. It would be beneficial to the Cloud to have 'Upcoming livestream' banners like so:

It would then also be nice to have these listed in training as a new type (livestreams). Maybe also included in films if they are attached (to be discussed).

Needed inputs:

Banner Subtitle
Title
Short Description (for training)
Banner Description
Go Live time/date - this should then display the 'upcoming livesteam' banner on the homepage which will include a date/time, maybe 2 days before? To be replaced by the above 'Live' banner above.
Related film
YouTube Link
Possibly 'Streamer' Input - can display the artist profile in the banner, also good for the 'Author' in the training view.

For a bit of extra information: Once the current series of live streams is done the following streams will be for a new character of the Stylised Character Workflow course. So the trainings are also directly affected by this, not just the films.

Currently artists are uploading their livesteams after the event. For example Julien has a chapter in his stylized character training for 'Snow' where he uploads the previous live streams. https://cloud.blender.org/training/stylized-character-workflow/chapter/bonus-chapter-snow/
After discussion the preferred solution is as follows:

An artist adds a training section to an existing training.
The artists populated this with the relevant data (Name, URL, Date + Time of livestream, description, type (video/livestream)).
The livestream banner appears 48 hours before the livestream and stays until 24 hours after. It also appears in training and is accessible via embedded YouTube.
On the front end I will need to access its state (in the future, currently live (not sure how to do this.. maybe keep live for 3 hours after start time?), in the past, 'is livestream' in the training view)
