The following has to happen first:

The following has to happen first: - [ ] for [deleted Cloud subscriber accounts](https:*id.blender.org/admin/bid_main/user/?date_deletion_requested__isnull=False&roles__id__exact=24) subscriptions have to be cancelled manually in Store (deletion of them was requested before [it became impossible](https:*id.blender.org/admin/bid_main/role/?prevent_user_deletion__exact=1)); - [x] for [deleted DevFund members](https://id.blender.org/admin/bid_main/user/?date_deletion_requested__isnull=False&roles__id__exact=28) memberships have to be cancelled manually in DevFund;
