Blender crashes immediately after startup or after a few minutes #87393

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83.0, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-03 14:38, hash: 211b6c29f7
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
I am new to Blender and have picked up the program just now.
Starting from latest Blender 2.92 and keep downgrading until 2.83, Blender keeps crashing after startup and sometimes after a while even on new scene with basic cube mesh and viewport. Sometimes I can do modelling for a while but crashes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I am unsure to how to really reproduce error since it just crashes after a while or immediately after startup.
I can only say that on all the debug logs I've been given it always displays this:

mesh_ensure_tessellation_customdata: warning! Tessellation uvs or vcol data got out of sync, had to reset!

  CD_MTFACE: 0 != CD_MLOOPUV: 1 || CD_MCOL: 0 != CD_MLOOPCOL: 0

I've looked up into your mentioned link and all other mentioned task related to it. And upon checking, I can confirm that there is a sudden spike in my GPU in task manager under Performance tab when blender crashes. There are some times I can work for a long while but there are also time just opening blender and moving in viewport a bit (rotating/zooming/panning around new scene cube) causes the GPU to spike and blender to crash.,

This was my debug log when I run the blender_debug_gpu cmd.

I don't know what to look for on the logs

Also: Please confirm if upgrading the blender version to [2.93LTS ]] or [ https:*builder.blender.org/download/daily | daily builds fixes the issue.
