In the nodes' categories of the node socket menu, the “Converter” category is spelled “Convertor”.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create an object> assign a material to it> in the material tab of the properties editor, click in any of the node sockets of the material properties>scroll to the "Converter" category.
