Worked: -

Addon Information
Name: 3D Viewport Pie Menus (1, 2, 9)
Author: meta-androcto

Short description of error
when disable frame in local view shortcut, the ALT+Q behaves strangely, it doesn't respect the settings on all the shortcuts for local view until one of the shortcuts (original is pressed)!

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
disable frame checkbox in local view shortcut (all of them)
press ALT+Q -> local view (it will frame the view once entered in local view)
go out of local view
go in local view this time using one of the shortcuts (/)
go out of local view
press ALT+Q -> local view (now it won't frame in local view)

Here is a short clip hopefully explains what I am trying to say :)
