Short description of error
Some of the UI elements are missing or look weird. I noticed the error in objects origins in the 3D Viewport, in connectors of the nodes in the Shader Editor and last, the keyframe indicators in the Dope Sheet Editor.

The problem is happening in any version of Blender and any file I opened in last weeks, so I assume it's some compatibility issue with my system.

Missing origins icons of objects:
{F10246831 size=full}

Weird/missing connectors icons of nodes:
{F10246842 size=full}

Missing keyframes icons in Dope Sheet:
{F10246872 size=full}

File I used to captured the GIFs:
untitled.blend

Thanks! Stay hydrated.

Thanks for the report. Does this happen after loading the factory settings? (File -> Defaults -> Load Factory Settings)?

I can not reproduce the issue on current master.

I believe it's being a GPU driver issue, being multiple versions of Blender having the issues, have you tried reinstalling the mesa drivers, yesterday my Blender was super laggy, reinstall the GPU drivers and it worked fined after next boot.

Are you by any chance running your Linux distro with Wayland enabled...? Could you try and see if things are ok when running your system with X11...? You will need to specify that at login time, by clicking the clog gear in the lower right corner...

The problem continues after load factory settings.

I tried reproduced the issue in a live session of a pendrive ISO of my system, and the UI shows normal. Maybe is something whith my GPU driver, like @JustinWebster said.

I updated my system 2 days ago (from pop_os 20.04 to 21.04), with new version of kernel and drivers, but the issue maintained. I updated the mesa driver today and no effect too.

I updated the mesa driver today and no effect too.

Which version of Mesa are you on now?
(system-info.txt still says Mesa 21.1.4 (git-ac105a8e6e)', same as original report)

21.2 is out, maybe this fixes it?
