Short description of error
When saving files in blender either through the File -> Save As or Ctrl + S, Blender has a high chance of closing however it isn't reproducible 100% of the time. This can also happen when opening saved blender files. However, Blender Autosaves is fine, and I can drag the autosave to my desktop and open it from there. This also may happen when closing windows inside the blender, when importing reference images, or opening Image Textures in an Image texture node.
I have tried the multiple versions listed above, as well as Steam. Uninstalling them, and using the "Repair" option in the setup.exe. I have run the program as an administrator.
Clicking on options as well as using arrow keys and enter to confirm options.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Launch Blender, Save a file
Launch Blender, Open a saved file
Launch Blender, Open preferences -> Addons, Then close the window
Launch Blender, Create an image texture node, Open an image
I hope this is enough information but I'm happy to gather more, Any help would be much appreciated!
Kind Regards Tom :))

@tomthoron ,thanks for the report. Can you please add the log files?: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/troubleshooting/crash.html#windows
From provided information, guess the crash happens randomly.
Similar issue was reported recently: #90315
Hello Pratik!
I'm not completely sure what you'd like sorry if I'm being silly:
blender_system_info.txt
blender_debug_output.txt
Possibly an issue with the driver or OS if the crash happens on multiple versions.
Maybe reinstalling the graphics driver or OS will bring back everything to normal (not sure though)
I've reinstalled my Graphics Driver however there's been no change and I'm not prepared to reformat my windows, Is there anything else we can do?

May be other developers, triagers will help you to fix the issue :)
Okay! hopefully some other people will see my request, thank you for your help though :))

Does this issue still happen?
The log files didn't show much relevant information :
Are you sure you replicated the crash before generating the files?
Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files.Try to reproduce the error again.
Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information.
Add them to your bug report and please also upload the crash log located in
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt
(or simply type%TEMP%
into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).Hello, thank you for revisiting my post, I cannot reproduce this error any longer as i reformated my pc and have no longer experienced issues with blender.
Have a nice 2022,
Tom

Good to see you no longer have this problem.
Since it's no longer reproducible, there's not much we can do to investigate.
So I'm closing the report.
If the problem persists, please let us know so we can re-open the report. Don't forget to mention the specific version you tested again.
