Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.93.4, branch: master, commit date: 2021-08-31 09:23, hash: blender/blender@b7205031ce with blender cloud addon 1.21
Worked: blender 2.92 with blender cloud addon 1.16 (worked with issues)

Short description of error
Suspected incompatibility with the windows file system (pathing).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open a project.
Set output path.
then 'file>External data>make all paths absolute' (a crash fix from previous versions, windows pathing issue)
Start Flamenco render job. Error!
