There have lot bug Boolean still Blender 3.0
Boolean have never mistake on Blender 2.6

I can't see anything wrong with the file you provided, nor in the video. It seems to work as expected.
Please confirm that the issue still happens in the latest 3.0 Alpha build, and if so provide more information, including what you expect the boolean result to be.
I will take test some more on Blender 3.0 Alpha about Boolean later.
