Are you sure your GPU drivers are installed properly? The error in your screenshot indicates it isn't and Blender doesn't detect it.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).2019_12_04_upload_icon_developer_blender_org.png

Hi @Damilln That's fine, thank you!

So the driver is reported correctly according to system-info.txt, not sure what's exactly causing it. Maybe someone else has a clue!

Hey, I found the solution. I disabled integrated graphics display adapter in devices manager and keep my MX350 enabled. Unfortunately, my mx350 OpenGL version dropped to 1.1.0 (from 4.6) which means I can't open Blender so I need to enable UHD graphics again. That Suck. (English isn't my first language but I hope you understand)

Hi @Damilln , is it still an issue for you? (it's not clear from your last comment)

Do you have multiple monitor setup and more than one GPU?

Hi, will close then.

I'm Not sure if that's Windows 11 error. Without exact info it's hard to tell.

We have one report where problem causes due plugging monitors to different cards: #62651 (Dual monitor on separate graphics card driver error)

Don't hesitate to comment or open a new ticket if problem persists. Thanks for the report!
