Short description of error
The denoise node reports error Disabled, built without OpenImageDenoise even when it is built with the OpenImageDenoiser.
This is reproducible in build bot builds and custom builds.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The compositor and look at the denoise node

I can confirm this with my own custom builds and builds from the build bot on the system below.

Changing priority to normal as the denoise node still works, it's just a cosmetic error.
