I translated the Introduction and Blender’s History section into Russian. Unfortunately, no one answers my questions about how to submit the blender_manual.po file to the repository, so I have to use this form. Please change the section of the documentation that describes how to translate and submit to the repository, as at the moment nothing is clear.blender_manual.po
