Short description of error
[I opened blender that had my creations with bones in pose mode, I came to check the CATS bar, I didnot see it, as if I never installed the CATS plugin, where is my CATS !!!!!!!! , and the worst is when I went to perefrences then to add-ons and clicked on downloads file then clicked CATS-BLENDER-Plugin-master, I clicked it yet I did not receive it , I recived this massage below.]

From the report it says you are running Blender 3.0.1. Did you open the wrong version?
From CATS github it seems 3.0 is not supported yet.

It seems this addon isn't shipped with Blender, in which case we don't provide support for it on this bug tracker. It would be better to file an issue with the addon directly.
