I just thought I would add some information here.
I could not reproduce this issue on my computer with the system described below. I tested with CPU, CUDA, OptiX, CUDA+CPU, OptiX+CPU.
I believe this issue may be limited to Metal/Macs, but I do not know for certain.

Am I correct to assume this only happens for GPU+CPU rendering? Does the lower part of the rendered frame have zero values or just zero alpha?
@OmarEmaraDev , do you have your own Macintosh?
Did you take test?
I thought they did take test but I found out they never answer correct because of they windows. They never answer about point Macintosh sigh.
See previous ticket https://developer.blender.org/T95874
No, I didn't get to triage it myself, just inquiring about your setup.
Ok go ahead take test yourself on Mac when you find out bug same as mine then send confirm to them only for Mac.
Changed status from 'Needs User Info' to: 'Needs Triage'
I am still wait for you too long.
I am still wait for you to resolve fix for Mac only on Blender 3.3.0 Alpha. Do not use Windows.

@Kent-Davis please be patient and kind towards the people trying to help you, there are currently 2069 open reports on the bug tracker so things tend to take some time, and by specifically demanding only mac dev/triager to may look at your report that wait will be even longer since there are fewer of those.
Please adjust your attitude a little, this is not the kind of behavior we'd like to see on the tracker, a more positive way of interacting with other people will go a long way
@LazyDodo

Thank you for explain me and I get it 2069 open report a ticket.
